Tecora Louise Dubose

November 5, 1937 - October 29, 2016

Tecora Louise Dubose know to her friends as "T" 1604 Marble Street entered into eternal life on Saturday October 29, 2016 after battling an extended illness. Born November 5, 1937 to the late Geneva Dubose and Robert Benson. in Winston-Salem, NC.Her sibling who are waiting for her in heaven; Elizabeth Mary Kimbrough, Dorothy Griffin, Marion Dubose and Charles Dubose. She was educated in the public school system and graduated from Atkins High School. She's a woman who prided herself on being a homemaker and a 'jack of all trades' she retired from Hanes Knitwear with 30 years of services. Tecora leaves to cherish her loving memories, two daughters Milia (Barry) Sales of the city, Petina Dubose of Durham, Nc, and three sons Kevin Dubose, Brawn Dubose of the city and Antonio (Carla) Dubose of Atlanta Ga., ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and sisters in law Brenda W. Dubose of the city and Te-Te Dubose of Brooklyn New York, Sharon Wright, Gwen Wright, brother in law  Bernard Wright, nieces, nephews, a host of relatives, friends, and mother to many in the Community. Visitation 11:00am until 12:00 noon; Funeral service 12:00 noon Saturday November 5, 2016 at Friendship Baptist Church Winston- Salem, NC.
