Patricia Ann "Pat" Brown

December 17, 1956 - April 28, 2022

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 Patricia Ann Brown was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 17, 1956 to Cola, Sr. (deceased) and Dorothy Brown. On Thursday, April 28, 2022 she answered the Lord's call to come unto him and rest. R.I.P. “PAT” Pat was educated in the public school system of Brooklyn, New York having attended James Madison High School. Pat worked at CRT Golden Lamb Rest Home as a PCA and cook until her health failed. Pat previously worked in the same capacities with Shipman's Family Home Care and Wake Forest University “food services”. Pat enjoyed word puzzles, cooking for others and teaching her grands to cook. She never had a problem voicing her opinion whether it was right or wrong. Pat truly had a love for God. Pat was preceded in death by her father Cola Brown Sr., grandparents Hattie and Alexander Peterkin Sr., Willie and Elizabeth Montgomery and George Brown, brother Cola Brown Jr. and sister Sylvia Brown. Left to cherish her memories are her loving mother Dorothy Brown of Brooklyn, NY; children: James Cross, Willie Mae Cross and Pastor Michael (Indya) Cross; thirteen grandchildren: Alexus, Theressa, Reginald, Willie, Zackery, Zanaria, Jamaica, Elisha, Dominion, Precious, Makhi, Noah and Nola ; brothers and sisters: Gerald Brown, Nathaniel Brown , Elizabeth (Ralph deceased) Brown, and Roslyn Brown, special friend Michael Conrad, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
